1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Klyros website located at klyros.top and any services you engage from Klyros. By accessing our website or booking a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Klyros is operated by Klyros, with its principal place of business at 99/3 Ratchaphruek Road, Taling Chan, Bangkok 10170, Thailand. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Services

Klyros provides financial education services. Our programs are designed to improve your understanding of financial concepts, vocabulary, planning frameworks, and decision-making tools. They are educational in nature and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial advisor, accountant, lawyer, or other regulated professional.

Nothing presented in our sessions, materials, or website constitutes personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Klyros does not manage assets, provide regulated financial services, or hold a licence under Thailand's Securities and Exchange Act or related legislation.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are capable of entering into a binding agreement. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Booking and Payment

Booking confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once we have received your completed inquiry, agreed upon a schedule, and received payment in full (or an agreed deposit, if applicable). We will send written confirmation by email.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing for our programs is:

• Financial Vocabulary for Professionals — ฿4,200
• Health Cost Planning — ฿6,000
• Sabbatical & Career Break Financial Planning — ฿10,500

Prices are subject to change at any time. Any change in price will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid.

Payment

Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. We accept bank transfer to a Thai bank account. Payment is due prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations by you

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking:

• Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the first session: full refund
• Cancellations made 2–5 business days before the first session: 50% refund
• Cancellations made fewer than 2 business days before the first session: no refund

All cancellations must be communicated in writing to [email protected].

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to our availability and may result in the session being forfeited.

Cancellations by Klyros

In the event that Klyros must cancel a confirmed session, we will contact you promptly and offer either a full rescheduling or a full refund. We will not be liable for any indirect losses arising from such a cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

All session materials, reference guides, worksheets, checklists, and other content provided by Klyros are the intellectual property of Klyros. They are provided for your personal educational use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any Klyros materials without prior written permission. This restriction does not apply to brief excerpts for personal note-taking or private reference.

The content on our website — including text, design, graphics, and structure — is also the property of Klyros. You are welcome to share links to our website but may not reproduce or repurpose our website content without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Klyros's services are educational. We do not accept responsibility for financial decisions you make following participation in our programs. Any actions you take based on knowledge or understanding gained from our sessions are entirely your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Klyros's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income, lost savings, or missed opportunities.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of our content, but we do not warrant that information is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. Financial regulations, tax rules, and insurance products referenced in our sessions may change.

We are not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from our website.

9. Conduct During Sessions

We ask that all participants engage respectfully during sessions. Sessions are conducted for individual use only and may not be recorded without Klyros's written consent. We reserve the right to end a session and withhold refunds if a participant's conduct is disruptive or inappropriate.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Klyros's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concerns. Most matters can be resolved informally through open communication.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the date of last revision shown at the top. If you have an active booking at the time of any change, the Terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that engagement.
